Place the petroleum jelly and coconut oil in a small, microwave-proof bowl.
Add the aloe vera gel to the contents of the bowl and stir together to blend lightly.
Heat the mixture for about 2 minutes in the microwave.
Stir briskly to mix well and then pour into a small container.
Allow the lip gloss to cool completely (uncovered) before use.
